Customer Service Representative (PT / ES / FR / EN)

Location: Remote from Cyprus; candidates must currently live in Cyprus and be legally able to work there.

What you will do

• Respond to member calls, answer questions, and resolve customer issues.
• Handle email inquiries with timely and complete responses.
• Collect and apply payments to member profiles.
• Moderate site content and fraud, taking appropriate corrective action when required.
• Work independently while actively contributing to a team environment.
• Cover weekend, holiday, and evening shifts according to staffing needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous customer service representative experience.
• Portuguese, Spanish, or French and English communication skills are essential; the role directly supports Portuguese-speaking customers.
• Excellent telephone communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Strong multitasking, organization, attention to detail, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good computer and internet skills, including typing, web browsers, and operating systems.
• Must currently reside in Cyprus and be legally authorized to work there.

Nice to have

• Previous residence or work experience in Portugal or Brazil.
