Online School Client Support Manager (France)

Location: Remote from Minsk, Belarus; evening shifts until 10 PM MSK time, with alternating day and weekend shifts.

Salary: from $1,200 gross per month.

What you will do

• Support users in French and resolve issues arising during online lessons.
• Handle complex customer inquiries through chat and phone.
• Assist with translations of instructions and customer response templates into French.
• Support and improve the Non Assisted Support chatbot.

Requirements

• French at advanced, native, or bilingual level; C1 minimum.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• At least 1 year of professional experience; experience in a language school is welcome.
• Confident PC user with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to process large volumes of information, work responsibly, and multitask.
