Customer Service - Bilingual - Portuguese (Fantasy Sports)

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with account management, contest participation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Explain fantasy sports rules, scoring systems, gameplay mechanics, seasons, contests, and promotions.
• Resolve login problems, transaction disputes, and lineup errors, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Meet call center handle-time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction targets while supporting team improvements.

Requirements

• Bilingual Portuguese and English fluency required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Must live and work in the United States throughout employment. For remote work, reliable wired internet with at least 5 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download speeds and a quiet, secure workspace are required; wireless and satellite internet are not compatible.
