Senior Product Training Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City metropolitan area, and Washington, D.C. metropolitan area

Annual base salary: $80,622.50–$121,950 USD, with eligibility for performance-based compensation.

What you will do

• Build and facilitate cohort-based customer training programs from onboarding through advanced product adoption.
• Design scalable learning experiences combining live sessions, digital programs, physical resources, and online communities.
• Create and update video tutorials, job aids, presentations, and other digital learning assets.
• Manage live-session logistics, including registration, scheduling, facilitation, Q&A, polling, and follow-up resources.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Education teams to address customer knowledge gaps and communicate customer insights.
• Analyze engagement and program-impact data to improve training content and delivery.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in teaching, training, customer education, enablement, or a related field, including at least 1 year delivering scaled learning programs.
• Experience delivering live webinars, virtual instructor-led training, or similar programs to external audiences at scale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of instructional design, learning objectives, content structuring, and end-to-end learning programs.
• Experience creating digital learning materials with AI models, authoring platforms, and editing tools; comfort using AI-enabled tools is required.
• Must reside in the United States, excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City metropolitan area, and Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

• Familiarity with webinar and virtual classroom platforms.
• Experience with learning management systems, community platforms, or customer education tools.
• Previous experience delivering SaaS product training.
