Senior Systems Administrator (Azure)

Location: Fully remote with no on-site requirement

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annually

What you will do

• Plan, install, configure, maintain, support, and optimize network software and communication links.
• Administer servers, applications, and operational systems, including maintenance, upgrades, and new installations.
• Analyze and resolve end-user software and connectivity issues and provide end-user training.
• Apply advanced application networking knowledge, including load balancing and fault-tolerance design.
• Perform vulnerability management and recommend technology direction aligned with business objectives.
• Provide local and remote maintenance support for systems deployed across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Seven years of progressive information processing experience, including six years across specialized disciplines and four years of hands-on software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with ColdFusion 2023/2025 and/or .NET 4.8 across Linux and Windows server environments.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, version control, repository and branch management, and collaborative code reviews.
• Experience developing high-performance software solutions and executive-level presentations for senior management.
• Systems administration experience with Corporate Performance Management Platforms.
• Active Secret clearance and applicable IAT II / 8140 privileged-access certification requirements. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification is required.
