What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders, provide market data, and recommend sourcing approaches.
• Review applications, assess qualifications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate skills testing when required.
• Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, networking platforms, referrals, and recruitment campaigns.
• Engage candidates across phone, email, and social media while preparing them for interviews and keeping them informed.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offers, compensation recommendations, negotiations, and candidate acceptance.
• Maintain talent pipelines, provide recruitment metrics and reporting, and recommend solutions for difficult searches.

Requirements

• At least two years of recruiting experience for blue-collar or manufacturing positions in Mexico.
• Two or more years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
