Graduate Structures Research and Technology Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The role requires existing UK right to work or eligibility through another route, and security-clearance eligibility.

What you will do

• Design and integrate complex wing structures for next-generation aircraft.
• Resolve technical structures problems, including key component interfaces.
• Apply 3D experience and structural design principles throughout the design process.
• Progress work from critical design review through design for manufacturing.
• Create space allocation models, design principles, and detailed part drawings.
• Complete at least one rotational placement during the two-year graduate programme.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Recent graduation or first professional experience in structures design.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to future-focused innovation.
• Self-awareness and motivation to actively drive professional development.
• Existing UK right to work or eligibility through an alternative route is required; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available.
