Country Marketer (m/f/x) - Med Tech

Location: Hybrid in Fourways, Gauteng, South Africa; office attendance on Leslie Avenue at least 2–3 days per week. Travel may include up to 40%. Must be legally authorized to work in South Africa without employment visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Develop and execute South Africa country marketing plans, programs, and tactics aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns, promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, and commercial programs across product, sales, digital, pricing, CRM, and channel teams.
• Lead brand, product, channel, digital, CRM, promotional pricing, sales enablement, and customer-focused marketing activities.
• Use customer, competitor, market, CRM, and channel data to identify opportunities and support commercial decisions.
• Conduct competitive and pricing analyses and recommend strategies to improve market competitiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, project finances, compliance, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in portfolio marketing, product marketing, and/or product management within the medical devices industry.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization with international colleagues in the Middle East and Gulf region.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Legal authorization to work in South Africa without employment visa sponsorship.
