What you will do

• Lead the maturation of ServiceNow CMDB capabilities, including configuration item data quality, relationship modeling, reconciliation, normalization, and lifecycle governance.
• Improve discovery, service mapping, integrations, and dependency data with infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams.
• Design, configure, test, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and related process domains.
• Contribute to the platform roadmap through governance, automation, usability, maintainability, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, scalable solutions, and documented handoffs to support teams.
• Coordinate third-party providers and ensure delivery quality, accountability, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, management information systems, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technology, engineering, IT operations, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, or implementing the ServiceNow platform, with strong CMDB expertise.
• Experience with CI class structures, relationship modeling, data quality, governance, reconciliation, normalization, and lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience delivering solutions in a highly regulated, global business environment and collaborating with vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience with CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, integrations, or ITOM.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, CIS-CMDB, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, ITSM, or ITOM.
• Experience with large transformation, separation, merger, or platform modernization programs.
• Experience mentoring platform engineers, administrators, analysts, or vendor resources.
