AGGP2027 - Graduate Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Broughton, United Kingdom; hybrid onsite and working from home depending on placement.

What you will do

• Contribute to new product introduction with research and technology teams, influencing aircraft design for manufacture.
• Develop optimized industrial system concepts and improve existing manufacturing systems.
• Develop strategies and lead projects that deliver more efficient and cost-effective processes, machines, and systems.
• Introduce and industrialize new production technologies and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Provide daily technical support to production by identifying, analyzing, and solving shop-floor issues.
• Complete rotational placements and specialist training across the UK, with opportunities for cross-functional and transnational collaboration.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in aerospace, production, industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical engineering, human factors, ergonomics, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or candidate with initial professional experience in engineering, aerospace, and/or manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Collaborative, innovative, self-motivated, and proactive approach to managing goals and development.
• Existing right to work in the UK or eligibility through another route is required; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available.
• The role requires security clearance or eligibility for clearance by the recognized authorities.
