AGGP2027 – Graduate Future Projects Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Bristol Area, with placements at the Filton site and possible placements at other hirify.global sites

What you will do

• Contribute to the early design stages of wing and complete-aircraft projects.
• Work across geometrical definition, high- and low-speed aerodynamics, performance, weight estimation, operability, and cost.
• Help deliver optimized integrated engineering solutions for future aircraft projects.
• Collaborate with Future Projects, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams.
• Complete at least one rotational placement and potentially take placements at other hirify.global sites or outside hirify.global.
• Participate in technical, soft-skills, STEM, leadership, and personal development activities.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in aerospace or wider engineering.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Interest in collaborative teams focused on future innovation.
• Self-awareness and motivation to take ownership of professional development.
• Existing right to work in the UK or eligibility through another route is required; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is unavailable.
