Mid-Level IT Support Specialist (Workplace Infrastructure & Collaboration): Maintaining enterprise workplace infrastructure and resolving complex hardware, software, operating system, network, and collaboration technology incidents with an accent on Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Cisco, and Microsoft Teams environments. Focus on automating support tasks with PowerShell, managing endpoint lifecycles, securing workstation decommissioning, and guiding junior support engineers.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal, with a hybrid work model; support coverage includes Porto and Lisbon. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, operating system, network, and user support incidents.
- Manage the full hardware and software lifecycle for Windows and macOS endpoints and peripherals.
- Support meeting rooms and collaboration technology using Cisco and Microsoft Teams.
- Automate repetitive support and system management tasks with PowerShell or other scripting tools.
- Handle workstation provisioning, inventory audits, and secure decommissioning in line with data protection policies.
- Guide junior support engineers and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and SysAdmin teams on investigations, rollouts, and upgrades.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT user support, service desk, or workplace infrastructure management.
- Advanced proficiency with Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, plus working knowledge of macOS.
- Practical experience with SCCM, mobile device management, PowerShell scripting, PC hardware, and network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Experience supporting collaboration rooms and Cisco and Microsoft Teams environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and SLA-driven service delivery.
- Fluent English at B2 level or above and an existing legal right to work in the European Union are required.

- Portuguese language skills.
- Fluency in French.
- ITIL, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications.
