24/7 Clinical Support Behavioral Licensed Clinician (Behavioral Health)

Location: United States Work at Home; 24/7/365 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Annual salary: USD 67,100–111,800, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Provide continuous clinical support by telephone, serving as a consistent point of contact throughout each member’s care journey.
• Assess immediate risk and clinical needs using evidence-based models and clinical judgment.
• Deliver crisis de-escalation, safety planning, risk management, brief interventions, and motivational support.
• Identify biopsychosocial needs, establish SMART goals, and connect members with appropriate care, treatment programs, and community resources.
• Educate members about benefits, coverage, and care navigation using specialized clinical curricula and tailored resources.
• Coordinate follow-up, case collaboration, care transitions, documentation, and compliance across multiple health records and systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in mental health, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, or RN qualification with psychiatric specialization.
• Current independent clinical license, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD, PMHNP, or psychiatric RN license.
• At least five years of post-licensure behavioral health or substance use clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based approaches, including brief therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, administrative, computer, and software application skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced queue environment.
• Required to obtain AAS Crisis Specialist Certification within the first year of employment.

Nice to have

• Managed care experience.
• Telephonic counseling or coaching and direct member communication experience.
• EAP experience and CEAP certification.
