Annual salary: $70,000–$130,000, plus potential performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do
- Plan and balance workload assignments to optimize resources and meet project milestones.
- Coordinate daily modular execution activities, including timelines, dependencies, and resources.
- Provide guidance on execution standards and walkthrough practices to maintain consistent quality.
- Track progress, identify risks, and remove obstacles affecting deadlines and quality.
- Translate leadership and analyst requirements into structured execution plans and communicate updates and decisions.
- Capture feedback and performance data, improve execution processes, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or a related area plus 2 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution; or 4 years of relevant experience with demonstrated coordination ownership.
- Experience with workload planning, resource allocation, and project coordination.
- Strong cross-functional communication and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Expertise in modular execution standards and process improvement.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Proficiency in data analysis, risk identification, and continuous improvement.

- Experience with enterprise modular planning and retail execution platforms.
- Ability to lead through change in a fast-paced environment.
