Manager, PX, GWE, Soft Services & Hospitality Lead, Bothell

Location: On-premise in Bothell, Washington, United States. Day shift with occasional after-hours or weekend response, periodic travel, emergency-response duties, and work in laboratory and GxP manufacturing spaces. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Annual base salary: $99,200–$165,400, plus a 12.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead soft services and hospitality delivery for the Bothell research site, including cleaning, glass washing, sample logistics, workplace support, conference rooms, onboarding, moves, food service, shipping and receiving, and pest control.
• Oversee Integrated Facility Management vendors against scopes of work, service-level expectations, KPIs, quality standards, and customer experience requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for workplace service inquiries, coordinating scheduling, service status, issue resolution, and user support.
• Conduct monthly vendor reviews and quarterly customer satisfaction discussions, providing performance reporting, escalation support, and continuous-improvement recommendations.
• Provide quality, safety, cGxP, IATA, DOT, dangerous-goods, and EHS oversight, including site inspections and support for audits.
• Lead workplace experience strategy, conference and audiovisual services, space utilization improvements, and workplace amenity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant pharmaceutical facilities, site operations, facility management, laboratory, or operations experience; equivalent alternatives include an associate’s degree with 8 years or a high school diploma with 10 years.
• Experience building workplace team performance and delivering customer-focused workplace services.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, operational excellence programs, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven service delivery.
• Vendor management experience, including outsourcing strategy, service quality, cost optimization, SLA management, and contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, project management, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of scientific customer needs.

Nice to have

• 5–10 years of experience supporting facilities, cGxP laboratories, pilot plants, or clinical environments.
• GxP biotechnology customer relationship management and service-delivery experience.
• Experience working in dynamic, collaborative environments with strong attention to detail.
