Senior Purchaser (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Procure raw materials, components, and other goods according to production requirements.
• Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability.
• Identify and manage vendors, obtain quotations, and follow procurement policies.
• Create and process purchase orders, maintain accurate documentation, and follow up on supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate with Accounts on invoice processing and payment-related matters, resolving purchase order and invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and improve purchasing and supplier management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience managing procurement activities and material availability for production.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial purchasing environments.
• Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes, vendor management, purchase orders, and inventory management.
• Good negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
