Associate Manager Medical Supply Operations (Pharmaceutical Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead outsourced medical supply operations from demand forecasting and order planning through packaging, labelling, distribution, and product delivery.
• Manage Contract Manufacturing Organization relationships, including performance monitoring, KPI reporting, invoice reviews, compliance verification, and service-level evaluation.
• Own program and study demand forecasts in Kinaxis, align forecasts with open orders and financial plans, and resolve demand variations with local and regional teams.
• Coordinate shipment reconciliation, inventory tracking, replenishment planning, order backlogs, and product supply with global supply planning and distribution partners.
• Identify and manage supply risks, investigate root causes, prepare remediation and backup plans, and support business reviews.
• Maintain compliant supply documentation and support audits, deviations, non-conformances, and CAPA activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in clinical or medical supply operations, including demand and supply forecasting, packaging and labelling order management, vendor relationships, and outsourced operations.
• Experience with Kinaxis, supply chain management systems, data analytics, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), pharmaceutical regulations, and quality management principles.
• Degree in pharmacy, chemical or process engineering, biotechnology or life sciences, industrial or production engineering, supply chain, or operations management.
• Strong organization, communication, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, and matrix collaboration skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
