Graduate Commercial Procurement (Aerospace)

Location: Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The position requires existing right to work in the UK or eligibility through another route; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available. Security clearance or eligibility for clearance is required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end procurement for critical aircraft components across hirify.global programmes.
• Manage and negotiate complex supplier contracts in line with legal requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and legal teams on procurement strategies and project goals.
• Build collaborative relationships with key suppliers and support innovation and continuous improvement.
• Complete 3–6 month rotations in areas such as Supply Chain Operations, Quality, and Contract Management.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Business Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Mathematics, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or candidate with initial professional experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Collaborative approach and interest in driving future innovation.
• Self-awareness and ownership of professional development.
• Existing UK right to work or eligibility through another route is required; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is unavailable.
