What you will do
- Manage sourcing and purchase orders for MRO, facilities management, professional services, and tooling.
- Lead supplier qualification, tendering, negotiation, selection, and performance management across indirect spend categories.
- Develop sourcing strategies that optimize total cost, maintain service levels, and reduce downtime risk.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, HR, Facilities, and Supply Chain to translate business and technical requirements into procurement solutions.
- Support CapEx and maintenance-equipment procurement, including replacement parts and critical assets.
- Analyze supply and commercial risks, develop business continuity plans, and implement procurement and inventory improvements.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Significant procurement experience in indirect categories such as services, facilities, engineering, technology, business services, or operational support.
- Experience developing category strategies and sourcing plans, negotiating supplier contracts, and managing framework agreements.
- Strong knowledge of cost analysis, inventory management, supplier risk management, and business continuity planning.
- Experience supporting maintenance operations, critical equipment uptime, and spare-parts availability.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including MRO and inventory-management modules.
Nice to have
- MCIPS qualification or progress toward CIPS accreditation.
- Global supply-chain or multi-site MRO experience.
