Project Manager, Production - Denver/Gaylord Rockies (Event Production): Managing end-to-end technical production for large-scale corporate events with an accent on scope, schedules, resources, client coordination, and budget control. Location: Aurora, Colorado, United States. Work is performed in hotel and event venue environments, with onsite event execution, irregular hours, weekends, holidays, on-call duties, and travel of up to 50% as required.

Salary: $74,182–$96,437 annually.

What you will do

  • Manage project scope, production schedules, labor plans, resources, technical requirements, and execution plans for large-scale events.
  • Coordinate with clients, sales, operations teams, vendors, and venue partners throughout event planning and delivery.
  • Lead onsite technical execution from load-in through the run of show and load-out.
  • Manage inventory, onsite schedule, equipment, and workforce changes while communicating updates for billing.
  • Support project budgets, cost control, vendor payments, invoicing, and post-event reporting.
  • Lead and mentor Associate Project Managers and event team members while supporting production standards and SOPs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of technical experience in the corporate staging or broadcast industry.
  • Strong technical background, written and oral communication, client relationship, operational logistics, and cost-control skills.
  • Experience with MS Office is required; technical diagram experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex functions in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
