AGGP2027 – Graduate Flight Physics Capabilities Graduate (Aerospace)

Location: Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The position requires existing UK right to work or eligibility through another route; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available. Security clearance or eligibility for clearance is required.

hirify.global develops aerospace products and operates a two-year Global Graduate development programme combining technical placements, mentoring, and leadership development.

What you will do

• Develop software capabilities supporting aircraft design from pre-design through in-service support.
• Build tools and processes for Flight Physics departments covering aerodynamics, loads and aeroelastics, and mass properties.
• Work with coding, automation, machine learning, data analysis, and cloud computing technologies.
• Complete varied rotational placements involving technical delivery, project management, and communication.
• Collaborate with experienced Flight Physics and software development specialists.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in Physics, Maths, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong focus on software development.
• Experience with Python, C++, or another object-oriented programming language.
• Use of Git and familiarity with Linux and/or cloud computing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and existing UK work rights or eligibility through another route.
• Eligibility for required security clearance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics and numerical modelling.
• Experience with machine learning, big data analytics, or cloud computing.
