AGGP2027 – Graduate Wing In-Service Repair Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The role requires existing right to work in the UK; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available. Security clearance or eligibility for clearance is required.

What you will do

• Define repair solutions for wings across the hirify.global commercial aircraft fleet.
• Design repairs using CAD tools and prepare installation instructions.
• Perform stress analysis using calculation methods and engineering tools.
• Carry out fatigue and damage tolerance analysis to verify structural safety throughout the aircraft life.
• Ensure repairs meet certification, manufacturing, and other requirements.
• Complete at least one rotational placement with internal teams and potentially an airline or maintenance repair organisation.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Recent graduation or first professional experience in aerostructures design or analysis.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively and contribute to future innovation.
• Self-awareness and motivation to take ownership of professional development.
• Existing UK right to work or eligibility through another route is required; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is unavailable.
