AGGP2027 – Graduate Wing Structures/Systems Installation Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Bristol Area, United Kingdom; full-time onsite role. The position requires security clearance or eligibility for clearance and existing or otherwise valid right to work in the UK. Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Develop into a Wing Structures / Systems Installation Engineer through the two-year hirify.global Global Graduate Programme.
• Perform static stress analysis, progressing from first-principles methods to finite element method-based analysis.
• Support CATIA-based design, configuration management, and digital mock-up activities for wing structures and systems installation.
• Perform fatigue and damage tolerance analysis.
• Automate engineering processes using coding and data analysis skills.
• Complete at least one rotational placement to broaden technical and business experience.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering, normally at 2:1 or higher.
• Recent graduate or candidate with initial professional experience in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Interest in aerospace, civil aircraft, innovation, and collaborative engineering work.
• Self-awareness, curiosity, adaptability, and motivation to develop professionally.
• Must have or obtain the right to work in the UK and meet applicable security-clearance requirements.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of coding and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships and sensitivity to client needs.
