What you will do

• Prepare and execute test specifications, procedures, datasets, and reports for system and Ground Segment IV&V activities.
• Plan and coordinate verification and validation campaigns, including formal testing, Test Readiness Reviews, and Test Review Boards.
• Automate test procedures, test tools, and test environments using simulators and generated test data.
• Support software and hardware integration, deployment, configuration, system commissioning, rehearsals, and launch preparation.
• Maintain requirements-to-test traceability with DOORS and VERDI, and prepare Verification Control Documents and reports.
• Investigate anomalies and participate in verification control activities and Verification Control Boards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering and IV&V for Earth Observation missions at System and Ground Segment level.
• Experience verifying data processing systems and end-to-end processing chains covering data acquisition, L0/L1/L2 products, archiving, and dissemination.
• Knowledge of space and Ground Segment engineering processes, preferably ECSS, and CCSDS standards including CFDP.
• Experience with requirements engineering, DOORS, formal testing, TRRs, TRBs, VCDs, VCBs, interface management, and ICD definition.
• Basic programming or scripting skills in Python and Bash for test automation, simulators, and test data generation.
• Fluent English with strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SysML and system modelling tools such as Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with Ground Station integration and IV&V for TT&C and Mission Data Acquisition.
• Experience managing CCSDS and NetCDF test datasets.
