Customer Care Specialist - Italian Market

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid schedule with 2 days of home office per week, plus up to 4 additional fully remote weeks during summer and December.

What you will do

• Handle B2C and B2B customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Manage questions, issues, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Follow up on requests and coordinate with other teams when additional support is needed.
• Work independently while escalating cases when appropriate.

Requirements

• Based in Barcelona.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools.
• Previous experience in a customer support environment.
• Empathetic, proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
