Operations Analyst Senior (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Execute routine and complex transactions and operational processes across specialized products or functional areas.
• Identify and resolve exceptions, escalating complex transactions and coordinating with internal service partners.
• Ensure required materials, documentation, and equipment are ready for transaction completion.
• Advise internal and external customers and recommend improvements to existing processes.
• Support process improvement projects, new-hire training, transaction reviews, and risk mitigation activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and related experience.
• Typically 3 or more years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of operational functions, process management, products and services, and standard operating procedures.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
