Solution Consultant – Financial Consolidation

What you will do

• Lead the pre-sales go-to-market strategy for Financial Consolidation across EMEA.
• Own strategic pre-sales engagements for high-value accounts with complex consolidation needs.
• Present tailored solutions covering financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, regulatory compliance, reporting, and FP&A.
• Deliver demos and maintain demo scripts, video assets, and Interactive Product Tours for finance executives and consolidation teams.
• Work with the Solutions Innovation Center to enhance the demo library for Financial Consolidation, Close, and Reporting.
• Partner with Product and Marketing on solution improvements, webinars, whitepapers, and industry insights.

Requirements

• Strong finance and accounting background, including experience as a consolidation accountant, financial controller, or auditor.
• Hands-on experience with statutory and management consolidation, legal and management consolidation, intercompany eliminations, IFRS or local GAAP, cash flow reporting, and audit requirements.
• Experience with Financial Consolidation tools such as Oracle HFM, Oracle FCCS, SAP Financial Consolidation, Group Reporting, BPC, OneStream, Fluence, or Tagetik.
• Pre-sales or Solution Consulting experience at a SaaS/software company, or experience in finance transformation.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; DSCG or DEC, or UK equivalent, is preferred.
• Fluent French and English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with EPM, Close Management, or Disclosure Management solutions.
• Understanding of non-financial reporting requirements, including CSRD and Pillar 2 tax reporting.
• Additional language skills.
