Client Solution Specialist Sr. - Corporate Banking

Location: Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval, with occasional in-office participation required based on business needs.

What you will do

• Support relationship managers with new and ongoing corporate banking client relationships.
• Provide sales, service, execution, and customer solutions support.
• Gather, prepare, review, and verify client documentation and related information.
• Process client, account, and transaction details in relevant systems and prepare reports.
• Administer implementation plans, coordinate client interactions, and resolve or escalate servicing issues.
• Serve as a client, client-team, or service-partner point of contact and provide peer or administrative support.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 4 years of related business or functional experience, or comparable product knowledge.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, critical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of customer support policies, standards, procedures, products, services, and sales support administration.
• Must be based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or an approved eligible geographic location for remote work.
