Client Service Associate (Commercial Banking)

Location: In office at 101 S. Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, US 28280

Salary: $65,296–$104,304 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for clients’ day-to-day operational needs and provide proactive, consultative support.
• Resolve account questions, complaints, overdrafts, and other operational issues while coordinating with internal departments.
• Process deposits, checks, wire transfers, account entries, loan payments, transfers, and fee waivers within delegated authority.
• Review account activity and operational reports to identify potential problems and prevent financial losses.
• Evaluate client needs, recommend banking solutions, and support cross-selling of treasury, deposit, and other bank products.
• Execute relationship plans, develop business through referrals, prepare call reports, and support client site inspections when required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client service, banking operations, or relationship management support.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• At least 3 years of experience with bank products and services, including deposits and Treasury Services.
• Working knowledge of account activity, deposits, wires, loan payments, checking and savings accounts, and related banking operations.
