Client Service Specialist/Practice Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Support financial advisors and associate financial advisors with daily office operations and workflow management.
• Work with the corporate office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve servicing issues.
• Answer client questions, maintain client management systems, and manage files and records.
• Schedule client and prospect meetings, handle administrative client communications, and participate in client meetings when needed.
• Process transaction requests as directed by advisors and coordinate client appreciation events and seminars.
• Provide recommendations on using practice tools such as MOD, Go Social, and the advisor website.

Requirements

• College degree or higher.
• 2+ years of similar experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow advisor, company, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Already hold or be able to study for and pass Series 7, Series 66, and state life, accident, and health insurance licensing exams.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
