What you will do

• Deliver personalized service to clients and Financial Representatives in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Resolve basic and intermediate inquiries and transactions in specialized product areas while developing proficiency in complex work.
• Research root causes, evaluate solutions, and apply sound judgment to resolve complex or unique issues.
• De-escalate challenging client situations, anticipate future needs, and reduce repeat calls and unnecessary transfers.
• Educate clients and field partners about digital tools and self-service capabilities.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, and risk awareness while handling phone and transactional responsibilities.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of related customer service experience.
• Advanced understanding of specialized markets or products such as DI, LTC, Whole Life, COLI, or BOLI.
• Basic knowledge of single risk products and tax implications.
• Advanced written and verbal communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fingerprinting and completion of required forms under NMIS guidelines; non-registered fingerprinted status under FINRA.
