Client Svcs Specialist II (Banking)

Location: In office at 400 North Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hills, California, US 90210

Salary: $18.39–$27.62 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Handle branch transactions for Entertainment Operations, excluding new accounts.
• Manage back-office branch functions and perform Client Service Representative duties as needed.
• Provide customer service and assist clients with transactions.
• Identify and support cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Coach branch colleagues on policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a bank branch or bank operations role, including cash handling.
• At least two years of direct customer service experience.
• At least two years of basic computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of federal regulations, bank policies and procedures, and bank products and services.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform branch duties with minimal supervision and handle client and colleague issues effectively.
