Senior Scientist, Systems Biology (AI)

Salary: $100,500–$145,166.66 annually

What you will do

• Analyze spatial and single-cell multiomic data to identify pathogenic cell states, tissue microenvironments, disease mechanisms, and novel target hypotheses.
• Design intelligent agentic workflows for deploying algorithms and computational models.
• Evaluate and apply foundation models and virtual cell models to advance disease biology research.
• Collaborate with biologists, chemists, data scientists, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Present research findings and contribute to publications and patents.
• Mentor interns and junior scientists while supporting a collaborative research environment.

Requirements

• PhD completed by August 2026 in systems biology, computational biology, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant academic or industry experience.
• Experience analyzing cellular multiomic data using Python.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying agentic analysis workflows.
• Publications or patents demonstrating productivity, innovation, and impact.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Postdoctoral training experience.
• Familiarity with combinatorial synergy and tailored deployments of foundation and virtual cell models.
