Company

hirify.global develops mRNA-based therapeutics and vaccines through its mRNA technology platform.

What you will do

  • Lead computational strategy, data requirements, and analysis plans for therapeutic and translational programs from discovery through early clinical development.
  • Integrate multi-omics, bulk and single-cell transcriptomics, TCR/BCR repertoires, and immune-assay data from human, preclinical, and in vitro studies.
  • Apply machine-learning, deep-learning, and advanced statistical methods to biomarker discovery, patient stratification, response and safety prediction, and target prioritization.
  • Translate computational findings into biological hypotheses and recommendations for target selection, mechanism-of-action studies, biomarkers, patient selection, and study design.
  • Develop scalable, reproducible, and documented analytical algorithms and pipelines using AI-enabled tools and modern data science practices.
  • Communicate findings in presentations, reports, publications, clinical-development documents, and regulatory materials while mentoring junior computational scientists.

Requirements

  • PhD in Computational Immunology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, plus at least 2 years of relevant postdoctoral or industry experience.
  • Strong foundations in computational biology and immunology, with experience supporting therapeutic development, early drug discovery, and translational decision-making.
  • Expertise in bulk and single-cell transcriptomics, multi-omics integration, and single-cell TCR/BCR repertoire analysis.
  • Experience with machine learning, advanced statistical models, immune-assay data, experimental design, and biological data quality assessment.
  • Strong programming skills in R and/or Python, Linux, computational biology workflows, cloud computing, GitHub or GitLab, Jupyter, Nextflow, and Docker or similar technologies.
  • Ability to lead complex computational projects and collaborate with experimental scientists, clinicians, translational researchers, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Culture & Benefits

  • In-person collaboration supported by a 70/30 in-office work model.
  • Healthcare and voluntary benefit programs.
  • Fitness, mindfulness, and mental health resources.
  • Family planning benefits, including fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support.
  • Paid vacation, volunteer days, sabbatical, global recharge days, and year-end shutdown.
