What you will do

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and preferably React.
• Develop and manage backend services with Python or Node and AWS infrastructure.
• Build or integrate applications using generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG patterns, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate user needs into technical requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, well-tested code; participate in code reviews.
• Maintain system uptime and performance while adapting to new technologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of software development experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Hands-on web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Backend development experience with Python, SQL, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with API integration, serverless systems, microservices, vector databases, and large language models.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, prompt engineering, or model fine-tuning.
• Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines, design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering and a cloud computing certificate.
