Global Logistics Manager - Asia

Location: Taichung City, Taiwan; onsite role

What you will do

• Develop and execute global logistics strategies supporting operations across Asia.
• Design scalable logistics frameworks with standardized processes, regional adaptations, and partner integrations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee air, ocean, and parcel shipments from Asia, including planning, execution, and data management.
• Manage logistics providers, vendor scorecards, performance accountability, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with sourcing, forecasting, warehousing, and global logistics teams on supply chain goals, cost optimization, and product launches.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in global logistics, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, combined with hands-on execution skills.
• Experience building logistics processes, managing vendors, and handling international shipping.
• Familiarity with logistics systems such as TMS and ERP, plus data-driven decision-making.
• Deep knowledge of customs, compliance, and global trade regulations.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and sustainable logistics solutions.
