What you will do
- Lead the global demand management process and improve forecast value.
- Manage the demand team’s activities, performance, development, onboarding, and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain differentiated forecast strategies, including the 5-year demand plan and the rolling 0–24 month customer-requested consensus forecast.
- Identify demand sources, market trends, leading indicators, product lifecycle impacts, and alternate demand scenarios.
- Lead demand review discussions within Integrated Business Planning and align the balanced plan with Supply Chain.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and commercial teams to ensure demand planning compliance and effective fulfillment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand, Product Management, or Commercial roles.
- Experience leading demand management and forecasting processes.
- IBF certification; certification can be obtained in the role.
- ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification; certification can be obtained in the role.
