Medical Advisor (BONE)

What you will do

• Lead the local medical strategy and product lifecycle management plan in partnership with brand and commercial teams.
• Plan and execute evidence generation, publications, medical events, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and expert panels.
• Develop protocols and manage local hirify.global-sponsored studies, including preparation, filing, review, approval, and completion.
• Support global and regional studies in Japan, including site selection and study execution.
• Engage key opinion leaders and study groups in strategic discussions and protocol development.
• Provide medical expertise for pipeline products, health economics, reimbursement requests, and portfolio evaluation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in life sciences or a relevant field, or equivalent education.
• At least two years of pharmaceutical industry experience or proven industry collaboration in academia.
• Experience in a Medical Department or Clinical Development, including clinical study management and conduct.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development, lifecycle management, commercialization, and business practices.
• Fluent Japanese and English required.
• Strong clinical research, medical writing, communication, presentation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• MD, PharmD, or PhD.
• Therapeutic-area expertise and a relevant customer network.
• Finance, budgeting, office operations, and project management experience.
