What you will do

• Lead operational and technical management of a power delivery production team.
• Oversee staffing, workload forecasting, utilization, project delivery, quality assurance, and safety.
• Support project managers through project reviews, mentorship, technical leadership, and project oversight.
• Drive recruiting, talent development, performance reviews, and career growth for direct reports.
• Partner with marketing and client development teams to pursue new business opportunities.
• Promote work-sharing, resource optimization, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams and geographies.
