Domain Advisory Execution Lead (Data Governance)

Location: In office at 555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US, or Charlotte, North Carolina

Starting base salary: $87,000–$153,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery and implementation of the data domain model across CNB in collaboration with data management, strategy, CDO, business, and partner stakeholders.
• Embed data management and governance practices into business operations and advise stakeholders on CDO frameworks.
• Coordinate domain rollout operations, including project delivery, status reporting, hands-on execution, change management, and communications.
• Support adoption of the Axon/Collibra enterprise data governance platform.
• Track closure of control gaps identified through data risk assessments and lead the DMSO Accountability Team.
• Manage the DMSO end-to-end book of work and act as a change champion across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of experience delivering projects with data components in data governance, data warehousing, or analytics environments.
• Solid understanding of application development projects and hands-on project delivery.
• Experience engaging stakeholders, presenting data domain solutions, managing risks and issues, and serving as a relationship manager.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data lineage, data quality, and banking or capital markets control areas.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, facilitate meetings, track milestones, simplify deliverables, and anticipate project issues.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master or PMP certification.
