Curriculum Designer Intern (Learning Design with AI and Emerging Technologies, Graduate - Summer) (AI)

Location: Fully remote from any of the 50 U.S. states; full-time, 40 hours per week during the summer, with availability during core business hours for virtual collaboration. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship; CPT and OPT authorization are not accepted.

Salary: $24–$35 per hour, based on degree level, academic background, and relevant experience.

What you will do

• Research AI-enabled tools, automation, emerging technologies, and learning-design practices.
• Analyze current workflows and baseline data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, pilot, and test practical learning-design process, tool, or workflow improvements.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and support quality and project activities.
• Create job aids, training materials, supporting documentation, and recommendations.
• Communicate project status and results to mentors, staff, management, and leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in instructional design, learning technologies, learner experience, or a related field.
• Completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework.
• Must remain enrolled in a related graduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period.
• Strong research, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and project-management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Excel, or process-mapping tools.
