What you will do

• Coordinate and align AI literacy initiatives across business functions.
• Design, develop, and deliver role-relevant AI learning programs for various maturity levels.
• Build a library of playbooks, prompt guides, use-case templates, and workflow toolkits.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and workshops for tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Manage communities of practice and AI advocate networks to sustain organizational momentum.
• Measure learning effectiveness through adoption data and feedback loops to refine content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning & development or organizational capability building.
• Proven track record of delivering corporate training programs on digital tools or technology.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, etc.).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience in financial services or enterprise software environments is highly beneficial.
