Lead AI Learning Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate AI literacy and enablement initiatives across business functions.
• Design, develop, and deliver AI learning programmes for employees at different roles and maturity levels.
• Build playbooks, prompt guides, use-case templates, and workflow toolkits tailored to the organization.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, workshops, and self-paced learning for Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar tools.
• Manage communities of practice, AI advocate networks, and cross-functional knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Measure learning effectiveness through adoption data, surveys, and feedback, while supporting change-management communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational capability building, or training facilitation.
• Experience designing and delivering corporate training programmes focused on digital tools or technology.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Strong collaboration, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Familiarity with e-learning, video, and self-paced learning formats.
• Fluent English required.
