C&IB Associate Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Support underwriting, relationship management, and commercial banking product activities under supervision.
• Analyze client information and help design and execute customized financial solutions.
• Manage transactions from request through booking and support selling conversations through closed business.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate credit, regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Interact with internal and external clients to gather information, answer product-related inquiries, and deepen relationships.
• Build expertise through mentoring, job shadowing, networking, community outreach, and formal learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of credit fundamentals, credit processes, and credit products.
• Skills in financial analysis, credit analysis and verification, critical thinking, decision-making, and risk management.
• Client relationship-building, customer engagement, effective communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
