Apartment Community Manager - Green Park (Property Management)

Location: Onsite at Green Park in Tucker, Georgia, United States

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and commissions for new leases and renewals.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports.
• Oversee apartment community operations, leasing, and maintenance activities.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Deliver high-quality service to residents and team members.
• Drive resident satisfaction, sales performance, and compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• At least two years of leadership experience in property management.
• Two to four years of experience leading teams in competitive sales and customer service environments.
• Ability to mentor and coach a diverse team and use sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• General understanding of financials and budgets, plus knowledge of property management systems such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, and Salesforce.
• Availability for an onsite Tuesday–Saturday schedule, typically 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and reliable transportation.
