Remote Vaccines Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Develop and grow healthcare customer accounts through effective virtual engagement.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders involved in vaccination programmes.
• Deliver compliant product, clinical and disease-area education to support vaccine recommendations and adoption.
• Identify account opportunities and create tailored business plans to improve vaccine uptake.
• Gather market insights, share customer feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Use data and insights to guide account plans and achieve activity, performance and business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven pharmaceutical, vaccine or healthcare sales experience, or Key Account Management experience.
• Experience working in healthcare and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong virtual selling, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Commercial awareness, negotiation and account planning capabilities.
• ABPI qualification and a good understanding of the NHS and healthcare environment.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a wider team.

Nice to have

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
