Operations Supervisor (Oil and Gas)

Location: McDonald, Pennsylvania, United States; regular presence in the field required.

What you will do

• Lead the Liberty North Compression area and supervise approximately 20 Field Operators and Maintenance Mechanics.
• Drive safe, reliable, compliant operations and reinforce operational discipline.
• Plan and coordinate team activities, production plans, facility resources, and daily operational priorities.
• Develop operational reporting and performance metrics to support production-centered operations.
• Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to team members while managing performance.
• Support the financial budget and maintain effective field-level customer relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Oil and gas industry experience required; midstream experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Regular field presence at the McDonald, Pennsylvania location is required.
