Senior Scheduler (Aerospace)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.

What you will do

• Serve as the government’s lead schedule analyst for a major Army Aviation acquisition program through Milestone C, production transition, and fielding.
• Develop, maintain, and assess Integrated Master Schedules using Primavera P6 and government-approved tools.
• Analyze critical paths, float erosion, resource constraints, baseline integrity, network logic, and schedule health.
• Evaluate contractor performance, recovery plans, corrective actions, and schedule mitigation strategies.
• Integrate schedule, technical, manufacturing, supplier, logistics, test, airworthiness, and EVM data into program execution assessments.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, forecasts, and recommendations for program leadership and support IPTs, PMRs, CCBs, and risk forums.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting MDAPs, ACAT I programs, Army Aviation programs, or similarly complex DoD acquisition efforts.
• Minimum 8 years of experience developing, analyzing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
• Expert-level proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Significant Earned Value Management experience, including SPI, CPI, variance analysis, EAC development, and performance reporting.
• Experience supporting acquisition programs through development, test, production, and fielding, including independent contractor schedule assessments.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with FLRAA, Future Vertical Lift, Army Aviation, aerospace, aircraft development, or production programs.
• Experience with Milestone C programs, troubled-program recovery plans, DCMA 14-Point Assessments, or advanced schedule health analysis.
• Experience briefing Program Managers, SES personnel, General Officers, and other senior stakeholders.
• PMI-SP, PMP, EVP, or similar program controls certification.
