RF/Comms Internship (Aerospace)

Location: Los Angeles, California, USA; in-person work at the Playa Vista office.

What you will do

• Contribute to the development and improvement of spacecraft communications subsystems.
• Perform antenna measurements and active/passive testing.
• Conduct radio spectrum measurements.
• Characterize radio performance for satellite communications systems.
• Complete an assigned project with real engineering impact under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.

Requirements

• Graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering; graduate students are preferred.
• Proficiency in RF design, RF measurement techniques, or software-defined radios is required.
• Ability to work in person in Los Angeles, California, USA.
