What you will do

• Configure, operate, and maintain antenna range facilities, including anechoic chambers, positioners, RF cabling, and support equipment.
• Set up and align antennas, fixtures, instrumentation, and devices under test for near-field and far-field measurements.
• Execute antenna pattern, gain, polarization, and RF performance measurements.
• Configure instrumentation and troubleshoot test setups, cabling, and range configurations with engineering guidance.
• Support calibration, verification, documentation, and continuous improvement of antenna range operations.
• Organize testing facilities, equipment, inventory, lab resources, and repeatable test environments.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, conditional resident, asylee, refugee, or otherwise eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
• Experience working with RF systems, antenna systems, or active electronics.
• Experience with mechanical fixtures, RF cabling, instrumentation integration, schematics, engineering drawings, diagrams, and test procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, work under deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, DMMs, power meters, and related laboratory equipment.
• Familiarity with antenna measurement fundamentals, RF test methods, and antenna range operations.
• Experience testing phased-array or active electronically scanned array systems and automated range systems.
