Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hybrid, with in-office attendance three days per week in Saint Petersburg, Florida; Southfield, Michigan; or Memphis, Tennessee, United States

What you will do

• Analyze system requirements, business problems, program interactions, and interfaces between affected components.
• Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Participate in software testing, validation, programming, technical documentation, and review of test results.
• Develop system specifications, output requirements, flow charts, and remediation records.
• Provide technical guidance, solve programming problems, and recommend technologies or methodologies.
• Manage complex problems independently while delivering solutions on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Three to six years of general experience, including a solid background in ServiceNow applications and development.
• Development experience with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with integrations such as REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, or Orchestration.
• Experience with scoped applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science or Computer Engineering, or required high school education.
• Must work in the office three days per week at one of the specified United States locations; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow modules including FSO, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Service Portal, SAM Pro, Integration Hub, or Performance Analytics.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, or Service Portal.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
